It is prepared carefully and cross-checked against sources such as the recommendations of the BBK (Germany’s Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance), but it does not replace individual advice from authorities, emergency services, or medical professionals. Use is at your own risk. We are liable for slight negligence only in the event of a breach of material obligations; liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

Texts, graphics, images, and videos published by LAGEBEREIT are protected by copyright. Reproduction or publication beyond the limits set by law requires prior consent. Sharing links is explicitly encouraged.
4. External links
The operators of external websites we link to are solely responsible for their content. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent.
5. Use of our TikTok and YouTube integrations
Our TikTok integration is an internal tool used exclusively by LAGEBEREIT for our own TikTok account @lagebereit. It uploads self-produced videos as drafts; publishing is always done manually in the TikTok app. Third parties cannot use this tool.
Our internal tool “LAGEBEREIT Jarvis” also uses the YouTube API Services exclusively for our own YouTube channel @lagebereit: it uploads self-produced videos after manual approval and reads the statistics for that channel. Third parties cannot use this tool. By watching our YouTube content, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google’s data processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update these terms of use as new offerings are added. The version published on this page at any given time applies. These terms are governed by German law.
